Chinese Medicine Culture Space Unveiled at the Main Media Center of 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games

On December 20th, Huang Luqi, Deputy Director of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (NATCM) and President of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences(CACMS), led a team to the Main Media Center of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games to supervise the construction of Chinese Medicine Culture Space exhibition.


After visiting the exhibition, Huang Luqi said that preparation work for the 2022 Winter Olympic Games has entered into the most important stage. This exhibition is a showcase for Chinese medicine culture. In terms of content, he said CACMS shall bear in mind a political perspective, highlight the top-level planning for TCM, add or change some exhibits, and provide high-quality English translation. The personnel work in the space shall receive further training, familiarize themselves with the procedures and content of the exgibition, and ensure the communication and interaction with foreign visitors.


The exhibition was organized by CACMS in cooperation with Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Holdings, Guangdong E-fong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Zhangzhou Pien Tze Huang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and Shijiazhuang Yiling Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. with the guidance of the NATCM and Organizing Committee of the Winter Olympic Games. The exhibition will introduce Chinese medicine culture to expected more than 15,000 journalists from around the world and aid the overseas development of TCM during the 2022 Winter Olympics Games.
