Yang Longhui, began his first job in July 1989 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in January 1991. He is a research fellow, and graduated from the Party School of the Central Committee of CPC with a master’s degree. Yang is currently deputy secretary of the CPC China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (CACMS) Committee.
